Bay Road Valley Snowshoe Hike

Early expectations of this snowshoe hike did not disappoint. The Bay Road Valley snowshoe hike provided incredible scenery and views. Twenty people enjoyed this special place.  It was last snowshoe of the year for Hike the Highlands and it will be certainly be remembered. Our guide provided us with amazing views – looking back at Bay Road Valley & White Point,  Sugar Loaf Mountain from behind and the mountains nearby and Bay St. Lawrence.

Overall, 54 people participated in our 1st snowshoe series of events this winter. I expect it will be back in 2014 by popular demand with more events. Thanks to all our snowshoers/hikers, guides, sweeps and volunteers as well our partners Hike Nova Scotia and Take the Roof off Winter .  Below is small photo gallery of the Bay Road Valley Snowshoe Hike.
